2.How long does delivery take?

      You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your package. The total time it takes to receive your order is described below:

      The total time is the sum of the Processing Time and the Shipping Time.

      Processing Time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it;
      Shipping Time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you;

      The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.

      Processing Time: The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.Orders will be usually processed within1-3 business days, and be shipped the next day after the processing day. Order processing time may take up to 2 weeks due to high volume of orders.

      Shipping Time: The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination, it usually take 7-25 Business days. Please kindly note that these are estimated delivery times only, this website is not guaranteeing delivery dates.

4.How my package will be shipped?

      ①.If you buy on Amazon, the Amazon functions as our logistics partner to deliver our Senzer products. They will choose the best carrier for our customers.
      ②.If you buy it from our official store directly, we will deliver the package via different carrier like FeDex/DHL/USPS, YunExpress

5.I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

      We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.


6.Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

      Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.

7.What do I need to do when I received a different product than what I ordered?

      Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

1. Delays caused by the buyer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
2. Delays in delivery caused by any force majeure incidents, such as natural disasters, bad weather, and war;
3. Any un-insured order that is lost or stolen;
4.Delays in delivery caused by any other beyond Senzer control, such as public holidays and Customs issues.

      Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.

      The payment of these fees and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by this website. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
